Today’s scheduled release feature focuses on Queen’s Domain, a single-player adventure developed by Freshly Baked Games and published by Future Friends Games. The retro-fantasy action RPG begins on the mysterious Isle of Neasied, where the protagonist washes ashore and sets out to find their missing father. Sinister forces gather across the island, secrets are hidden throughout it and the sleeping Queen has begun to stir.

Queen’s Domain is scheduled for Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, PC and PlayStation 5. Its design brings exploration and combat together within an interconnected, labyrinthine world. Players can use the Legendary Holy Sword Endu to launch from platform to platform, then face monsters and powerful bosses with stamina-based combat, charge attacks, weapon-specific special attacks and secondary throwing weapons.

Queen’s Domain

Queen’s Domain begins with the protagonist washed ashore on the Isle of Neasied. The immediate goal is to find their father, while the search also reveals the island’s wider mysteries. Sinister forces are gathering, secrets are concealed throughout the environment and the sleeping Queen has begun to stir, giving the adventure both a personal objective and a supernatural threat to investigate.

The island is presented as an interconnected, labyrinthine world rather than a collection of disconnected areas. Traversal centers on the Legendary Holy Sword Endu, which allows the hero to launch from platform to platform. This ability is used to move through the island’s dangerous spaces and supports an exploration-focused structure built around discovering routes, hidden secrets and the connections between different parts of the world.

Combat is action-oriented and uses a classic stamina meter. The system also includes charge attacks, weapon-specific special attacks and secondary throwing weapons. These features give the player several listed forms of attack while confronting the monsters and powerful bosses found across the island, including in its darkest depths.

Character development adds progression and equipment choices to the adventure. Players can level up, use accessories and choose from a broad catalogue of melee weapons. The combination of level growth, accessories and different weapons provides several ways to shape the character’s available equipment while moving through the Isle of Neasied.

The game’s supplied release information lists single-player play only. Its central features are the missing-father quest, the mysterious island setting, platform-to-platform traversal with the Holy Sword Endu, stamina-based action combat and a range of melee and secondary weapons. Queen’s Domain also includes the retro-fantasy setting, hidden secrets, monsters and powerful bosses described in its premise.

Queen’s Domain is scheduled for release on October 30, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, PC and PlayStation 5. Freshly Baked Games is the developer, and Future Friends Games is the publisher.
