Joking Joystick respects copyright. If you believe material on this site uses your protected work without permission or another valid basis, report the issue through the contact form with “Copyright” in the subject.
Help us locate and assess the issue
Identify the work you own or represent, the specific Joking Joystick URL and material involved, your contact details, and the basis for your concern. If you represent a rights holder, explain that authority. Include a link to an original source when helpful. Do not send unrelated personal documents or unsupported accusations.
For a formal notification, the applicable legal requirements may include statements about good-faith belief and accuracy and a signature from the authorized person. The U.S. Copyright Office’s DMCA overview explains the framework and provides relevant resources. This page is practical contact guidance, not individualized legal advice.
Designated-agent status
This page does not claim that Joking Joystick has a registered DMCA designated agent or that this contact form substitutes for all formal statutory notice requirements. The Copyright Office explains that qualifying agent designation involves both publicly posted contact information and registration with its directory. Consult its designated-agent directory where a formal notice requires that information.
How we respond
We assess sufficiently specific reports, may request clarification, and may restrict or remove disputed material while the issue is considered. We may share the relevant substance of a report with a contributor or service provider where needed to investigate. Do not include information you do not want used for that purpose unless it is necessary to the request.
