What’s Tempus Vitae about?
Tempus Vitae is a single-player sci-fi adventure that combines first-person shooting with Metroidvania exploration. You play Alex, an astronaut displaced through time while searching for a lost brother. The investigation centers on Theia, a space station doomed in two different eras: the war-torn year 2185 and the post-apocalyptic year 2385.
Alex must navigate both versions of the station and unravel how its fate connects to the missing family member. Time travel is not simply part of the setting; it is a core ability used to move through the station and confront its dangers. Alongside weapons, the player develops an arsenal of time-based powers, creating a progression-focused approach to exploration and combat. The result is a science-fiction mystery shaped by fractured chronology, hostile environments, and the search for answers across two ruined futures.
