What’s Prison of Husks about?

Prison of Husks is a single-player hack-and-slash adventure set in a painted afterlife. You awaken as a doll and set out to find your beloved, crossing a strange, carefully illustrated world shaped by loss and mystery. Its nostalgic souls-like structure places difficult encounters alongside exploration, inviting you to learn enemy patterns and push deeper into an interconnected realm.

Combat supports both close-range parries and pistol use, giving you room to shape a build around timing, aggression, or distance. Dense levels contain secrets and shortcuts, making navigation part of the challenge as much as the battles themselves. Along the way, you face bosses that hoard pigment, turning each major confrontation into another obstacle between the doll and the lost love they are seeking.
