What’s Persona 4 Revival about?
Persona 4 Revival is a single-player role-playing adventure set in Inaba, a quiet rural Japanese town disrupted by a string of mysterious murders. The investigation deepens when rumors spread about the Midnight Channel, a strange broadcast said to appear on rainy nights. When a corpse is discovered after one of its appearances, the player and their friends form an investigation team to uncover the connection between the channel and the killings.
Their search leads into encounters with Shadows, eerie manifestations of people’s darker selves. The group awakens the hidden power of Personas and uses it while pursuing the truth behind the town’s turmoil. Alongside its supernatural mystery, the story follows a year of high school life, where ordinary routines, friendships, and unexpected events unfold alongside otherworldly adventures.
