What’s Perceptum about?
Perceptum is a single-player psychological horror adventure about a medium investigating the disappearance of an entire family. The case has been abandoned by the police, leaving you to enter the family home and reconstruct what happened through clues, environmental details and puzzles. Its linear structure gives the investigation a focused direction as you move deeper into the house’s oppressive atmosphere.
Your supernatural abilities are central to the experience. Closing your eyes lets you listen for what lies beyond ordinary perception, while a mirror reveals things that should not exist. These unusual senses transform familiar rooms into sources of uncertainty, making exploration as much about interpreting the unseen as searching the physical space. Together, the investigation, puzzle-solving and paranormal tools drive the attempt to uncover the truth hidden within the walls.
