What’s Exodus about?
Exodus is a single-player science-fiction action-adventure RPG about humanity’s attempt to build a new civilization after abandoning Earth. You play as the Traveler, an explorer sent into distant solar systems to find advanced alien technology in a hostile galaxy. The mission carries an unusual cost: the Traveler may experience a short passage of time while decades pass for everyone left behind.
That time dilation makes player choice central to the story. Decisions made during exploration can create consequences that ripple across humanity’s new world, particularly through the lives of the Traveler’s loved ones. As generations change in the Traveler’s absence, the results of earlier actions become part of a long-running personal and societal drama. The adventure therefore links cosmic discovery with the intimate effects of returning home to a world that has moved on.
