One extraction now serves both boot paths

Warmboot Extractor 1.1.0 expands its output for Mariko Nintendo Switch consoles, including the V2, Lite and OLED models. The tool extracts warmboot firmware from Package1 in sysNAND BOOT0 and generates both the Atmosphère cache file and Hekate’s sc7exit_b01.bin.

Atmosphère files are saved under warmboot_mariko with names based on the console’s burnt fuse count. Hekate receives its file under bootloader/sys in the format expected by that bootloader, allowing one extraction process to populate both documented warmboot paths.

Existing Hekate data is preserved

If an sc7exit_b01.bin file is already present, the update preserves the original as sc7exit_b01.bin.bak before replacing it. This keeps a backup of the previous Hekate SC7-Exit file.

Updated interface

The interface has been refreshed to match the layout used by FuseCheck and Lockpick RCM Pro. The tool detects Mariko or Erista hardware, displays the burnt fuse count and skips extraction on Erista systems, where warmboot is embedded.

When this release is useful

Warmboot Extractor is intended for the period after a sysNAND firmware update burns new fuses, when a compatible Atmosphère release is not yet available and emuMMC sleep mode is affected by a fuse mismatch. New Atmosphère versions handle warmboot caching automatically, so updating Atmosphère is the recommended option when a compatible release exists.

The tool addresses warmboot compatibility only. Other changes in a firmware update may still require newer Atmosphère or Hekate support. Version 1.1.0 is distributed as Warmboot_Extractor-1.1.0.zip.
