Vita3K Build 4206 is available for four host platforms

Vita3K’s continuous release channel published Build 4206 on October 19, 2026. The build corresponds to commit 287accffe904489fc7853fb28c61c2ca14411217 and is identified as a rolling development build rather than a stable release.

Downloads include an Android APK, Windows packages for x86-64 and ARM64 systems, macOS disk images including an ARM64 build, and Linux archives and AppImage packages for x86-64 and ARM64 systems. Vita3K runs on these host platforms while emulating the PlayStation Vita; it is not software for installing on a Vita console.

The release notes do not list individual fixes or features

The notes for Build 4206 contain only the build number and corresponding commit. They do not specify new features, compatibility additions, bug fixes or performance changes, so the documented change is the availability of this newer continuous snapshot.

Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android. Its project documentation says it currently runs most homebrew programs and commercial games, while warning that users should expect crashes, glitches, limited compatibility and poor performance. Separate compatibility pages cover homebrew and commercial software.

Platform requirements vary by download

Windows users may need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015–2022 Redistributable. Linux users need xdg-desktop-portal and working OpenGL or Vulkan runtime libraries. The Android documentation points to Adreno graphics drivers, where applicable. The project also recommends keeping graphics drivers up to date.

Because Build 4206 belongs to the continuous development channel and has no detailed change list, results may vary between systems and software titles. Vita3K is licensed under GPLv2.
