A broader homebrew package

Core components and overlays remain included
The release bundles Atmosphere 1.11.2 and Hekatos 6.5.3 as its essential components. Its patch collection includes MissionControl, the Disable remap dialog patch, Theme-Patches, nx-ovlloader and SaltyNX.
The Tesla overlay section includes Edizon Overlay, FPSLocker, QuickNTP, Status Monitor Overlay, Sys-patch, Sysmodules Overlay, Ultrahand Overlay, emuiibo and sys-clk. Payloads such as FuseCheck, KitNX, Lockpick_RCM_Pro, ProdinForge and TegraExplorer-Ext are included as well.
