What’s Lily's World XD about?
Lily’s World XD is a single-player point-and-click puzzle adventure that combines simulation elements, visual-novel storytelling and psychological horror. The player discovers the laptop of Lily, an ordinary teenager, and investigates her life through the digital traces she left behind. Her diary and conversations with friends become the main sources of information as the mystery surrounding her disappearance—or uncertain fate—takes shape.
Progress depends on reading messages, examining the computer and piecing together clues rather than relying on conventional action. The story also treats the laptop as an unstable boundary between player and character: someone else may have access to it, too. Its fourth-wall-breaking approach makes the act of exploring the computer part of the horror, turning familiar personal communication into an increasingly unsettling investigation.
