Daily database refresh for Switch cheats
NX Cheats DB has published its 2026-09-12 release, a downloadable database of cheat codes for Nintendo Switch games. The project is updated daily, and this build is identified by the September 12, 2026 release tag.
The release notes do not list specific game or code changes for this update. They only record the database’s latest update date, so there are no individual cheat additions or corrections to highlight from the published notes.
Packages for gameplay and graphics codes
The download set is organized around the type of codes users want. Gameplay codes are available in contents.zip for Atmosphère installations and titles.zip for legacy setups, including older Atmosphère configurations and SXOS.
Separate graphics-code archives are also provided: contents_60fps-res-gfx.zip for Atmosphère and titles_60fps-res-gfx.zip for legacy setups. These packages cover the project’s 60fps, resolution, and graphics-related codes.
Users who want both categories can choose contents_complete.zip for Atmosphère or titles_complete.zip for legacy setups. The release also includes a VERSION file alongside the archive packages.
Database scope and access
The project README describes NX Cheats DB as a database covering 151,525 cheats across 3,097 titles and 10,265 updates. It mirrors material from several cheat-code collections, with credit assigned to the original code authors.
The database is intended for Nintendo Switch homebrew environments rather than being a game emulator. The README also identifies All-in-One-Switch-Updater as a way to download individual cheats directly from a Switch, while the release packages provide broader archive-based downloads.
