About this set
2025-26 Upper Deck Detroit Red Wings Centennial Box Set is a team-focused hockey release built around the franchise’s centennial theme. The set is built around a 100-card base lineup, with an Autograph parallel tied to a 60-player subset. The autograph side is notably tiered, with 32 short prints among the 60 signed cards, including 19 SSPs.
Centennial team set
This box set centers on the Red Wings’ long team history and keeps the checklist focused on one club. That makes it a straightforward pickup for collectors who prefer a complete team run over a league-wide mix. With 100 base cards, the set offers a manageable target for collectors who enjoy team builds, player chasing, or organizing by era and role rather than by broader NHL subsets.
Autograph parallel choices
The autograph parallel is the main chase in the release, and the signed cards add another layer to collecting the set. Since more than half of the autographs are short prints, the signed portion is designed with clear tiers of difficulty, including 19 SSPs. Collectors can decide whether to pursue the base team set first, then add only the signatures they want, or treat the autograph tier as the main collecting goal. An expanded hobby version is scheduled separately, so this box set stands on its own as the compact team edition.
