About this set
2025-26 Upper Deck Chicago Blackhawks Centennial Box Set is a Chicago-focused hockey release built around the team’s centennial theme. The confirmed autograph parallel includes 61 players, and the checklist also features Masters of the Madhouse cards drawn from different eras of Blackhawks history. It is a straightforward set for team collectors with a strong history angle.
Autographs and chase choices
The clearest collecting lane here is the Autograph parallel, which is confirmed to include 61 players. Because nearly half of those autographs are listed as SPs or SSPs, finishing that run is a meaningful long-term project rather than a casual pickup. Collectors who like player-focused team sets may want to prioritize the names that matter most to them first.
A second lane is the Masters of the Madhouse checklist, which pulls from players across the franchise timeline. That gives the set a broad historical spread without requiring a chase for every autograph spot. It is especially appealing if you collect by era, favorite lineup, or notable Blackhawks history rather than by single-season performance.
Franchise history in checklist form
The set’s identity is tied to the Blackhawks’ centennial framing, so the appeal is less about generic hockey inserts and more about one franchise presented as a timeline. The Madhouse reference points to Chicago Stadium and the United Center, which helps explain the checklist’s historical feel. For collectors, that makes this a themed box set that works well as a display piece or as the basis for a focused team binder.
