About this set
2023-24 Upper Deck Star Rookies Hockey is a compact first-year-player release built around a 25-card main set, with Connor Bedard at the center and names such as Adam Fantilli, Logan Cooley, and Brock Faber also included. The autograph side is a major part of the chase, and Black one-of-one autograph versions are documented for the checklist.
Base Set Focus
This release keeps the collecting lane simple: a small rookie checklist with a clear emphasis on the season’s notable newcomers. The confirmed 25-card base set is led by Connor Bedard, with Adam Fantilli, Logan Cooley, and Brock Faber among the other named players. For collectors who like a tighter rookie lineup rather than a large league-wide set, that size makes the build feel direct and easy to track.
Autographs and Collecting Choices
Autographs are an important part of the product, with many of the players also appearing in the signed portion of the checklist. That gives collectors a straightforward choice between focusing on the base rookie cards or chasing autograph versions from much of the same rookie pool. The Black autograph versions add a one-of-one target for collectors who prefer a top-end chase within the same rookie theme.
