About this set
2023-24 Topps Knockout UEFA Champions League is a compact Topps soccer release built around the competition’s final 16 teams. Its 88-card base set is divided into Current Stars, Star Player, and the new Football DNA subset, with each line carrying its own design while staying visually consistent across the set.
Set character and structure
This release keeps its focus tight on the UEFA Champions League’s late-stage field, which gives the checklist a clear tournament feel rather than a broad season-spanning mix. The base set’s three-subset layout adds variety without breaking the overall design language, and Football DNA brings a fresh name into the lineup alongside Current Stars and Star Player. The numbered versions run to 99, 49, 25, 10, 5, and 1, so parallel chasing is part of the appeal for collectors who like layered builds.
Autographs and collecting choices
The base set also serves as the foundation for the autograph content, so collectors can choose between focusing on the main cards, the numbered parallels, or signed cards that grow out of the same design framework. Because this was an online-exclusive release that sold out quickly in its described format, many collectors will likely prefer to decide in advance whether they want a set run, a team-focused approach, or a small sample of the autograph side rather than trying to chase everything at once.
