About the movie
Chris and Lluis, who once completed the same 350-mile route together, reunite for 30 days in the Scottish Highlands to try to rekindle their friendship; the central conflict is that Chris is distracted by work and life back home while Lluis is determined to finish the trail to prove he still can. Moving through sweeping landscapes, harsh weather and chance encounters with other hikers, the solitude and silence of the trek force them to confront truths about themselves and their relationship. Their differing priorities test whether the journey can bring them back together.
