About the movie
Characters: Doug Leibowitz (Brill), a disgruntled playwright-turned-middle school theater teacher who longs to return to New York; his ex-girlfriend (Jacobs); and Brady, the school’s principal and Doug’s nemesis (Lowe). When his ex begins dating Brady, Doug’s professional disappointment and personal resentment push him to let his ambitions morph into a diabolical scheme that jeopardizes his work and relationships.
