About the movie
Characters: Carl Rikker (Dennis Quaid), an introverted, gentle florist; Charlie (Jean Reno), his partner; and a young witness they befriend. Carl loves his day job but secretly, with Charlie, works nights as a ruthless assassin. When a hit exposes police corruption and threatens to reveal their identities, they face the choice of protecting the young witness with whom they have formed an unlikely friendship.
