About the movie
In an alternate 1944 where Russia has fallen, the D-Day landings have failed and parts of Britain lie under German occupation, a Welsh village faces an immediate crisis. One morning the local women wake to find their husbands have mysteriously disappeared. Surrounded by occupying forces and cut off from effective resistance, they must confront the uncertainty and danger of occupation while seeking answers.
