About the movie
Romy, a French DJ (played by Pom Klementieff) is touring the Canary Islands with a friend while an unresolved family matter waits at home. When her friend disappears without a trace and Romy is left alone, robbed and increasingly paranoid, the local authorities and residents respond with evasion and apathy. Her investigation draws her into dealings with a charismatic stranger (Benoît Magimel), competing shady businesses and the sinister owners of the Santuario de Fauna, an exotic animal rescue park.
