About the movie
Characters include British vet and animal welfare campaigner Dr Marc Abraham OBE (Marc the Vet), thousands of responsible puppy breeders and rescue shelters, and the decision-makers and politicians in the UK and America. The situation contrasts legitimate dog supply with a sinister global network of puppy mills, canine fertility clinics and smuggling. Dr Abraham investigates those abusive operations, meets officials who could change the law, and uncovers a conspiracy that blocks bipartisan legislation while urging the public to learn how to do the right thing.
