About the movie
In 1970s Korea, where both art and dreams face censorship, film director KIM—after a successful debut and with critics deriding him as a maker of trashy dramas—finishes his latest feature, Cobweb. Over several days he experiences vivid alternate-ending dreams and arranges two days of additional shooting to realize them, but the rewritten script is blocked by censors and the actors cannot grasp the new ending. Caught between a tangled schedule, a resistant producer and the clash of fantastic visions with harsh reality, KIM pushes on despite feeling he may be losing his mind.
