What’s Wardogs about?
Wardogs is a first-person tactical shooter focused on large-scale multiplayer warfare. Three rival private military companies clash over a strategically important region in a fictional Eastern European setting, with victory determined by control of shifting objective zones. Each battlefield is destructible, making the environment part of the conflict rather than a fixed backdrop.
Up to 100 players can contribute in different ways, from direct infantry combat to driving vehicles, transporting supplies, building fortifications, and supporting teammates through logistics. Proximity voice chat helps squads coordinate while the battle develops across the map. The combined-arms design gives players room to choose between aggressive attacks, defensive preparation, mobility, and behind-the-lines assistance.
Combat and team contributions award cash and experience, including support, transportation, and objective play. Persistent cash can then be used to shape custom loadouts, equipment, and vehicles across lives and matches, adding a progression layer to the tactical decision-making. Success depends not only on marksmanship, but also on adapting resources and coordination to each battle’s changing objectives.
